These 2 things have set in motion a gas shortage in central CA. The gas station down the street has raised their prices 53 cents in 2 days!!!!! That's bull shit. Some places like Costco are running out of gas.

That's what they tell us anyways. Funny how there is always a refinery catching on fire. You'd think they'd have a better handle of those types of things.
